Thing I never, ever hear men say when they are considering theological education: "I would feel guilty about spending so much time and money on it." (1/n)
I am tired of hearing women say it. You don't need to feel guilty about wanting to learn more of God's word and his work, about wanting to serve him better, about wanting to love him with your head as well as your heart, about wanting to be more useful in your ministry. (2/n)
Those are all GOOD things to invest money and time in. If you happen to enjoy it as well, that's a great kindness from the Lord. (3/n)
It's not, in fact, a selfish thing to do. It's a servant thing to do. So, yes, talk to your husband about it. Yes, consider the impact on your children. But don't be afraid to ask them to make sacrifices for the sake of the kingdom.

You would.

Also, you don't have to take the shortest, cheapest possible course available to you. You can take the one that is best suited to your gifts and ministry. (5/n)
You can ask God for what you want, trusting that if it's his will, he has all the resources available to make that possible. It might not be, but you're allowed to try pushing those doors and see. (6/6)
