Also there would be a push and pull between the different sides of the group; Makoto, having left the phantom thieves behind long ago, would want to bring more order into the world, while someone like Goro might be focused on just surviving from day to day
and like it would force akira to think: what’s the point in killing god again when you’ve done it again and again for the sake of a world that keeps messing itself up anyway? is there a point to moral goodness vs trying to make sure the people you care about are safe?
