It looks as if they don’t form part of the 1.36 million just removed if @_johnbye is right (see below)

In fact if he IS right I think that astonishing 5.2 million gap has just grown to 6.5 million if “tests processed* have been removed.

It might *just* be that they have removed 1.36 million *processed in person*.
