It’s why the “oh they drafted a FB” narrative is dumb. They drafted him specifically to line up all over the field. His versatility is an essential part of his appeal to Green Bay. Deguara will play some FB but he will also play inline as a TE and split out wide and in the slot.

The #Packers did some fun things with Danny Vitale in the passing game but he didn’t line up in the slot. He didn’t block inline like a tight end or run routes attached to the formation.
