Democrats hold the Secretary of State's office in AZ, MI, PA (appointed but Ds have all row offices), and NC.

Of the swing states Republicans only have the election administrator's office in Florida.

didn't mention WI, but Dems have the SoS office there too.

You should listen to your local election officials, but if you request and return your ballot ASAP it seems just as likely that it will be counted as in previous elections, maybe set a deadline for yourself of 10/23 instead of 10/27.

We don't want an "everybody's buying all the toilet paper"-type panic, smooth out ballot returns as much as you can.

I can't find the tweet, but I think I saw something this morning that Democrats are doing a better job returning their absentee ballots in the Florida primary than Republicans.
