I& #39;m gonna share the most awesome takedown I& #39;ve seen on Facebook in a long time...from start to conclusion. It& #39;s well worth the read. I think a lotta folks can get something outta this one.

Someone on my feed posted this. It was shared over 270 times. It& #39;s false AF, but that doesn& #39;t stop people from sharing and believing it.

Numerous people informed the OP that the meme was not rooted in truth. Of course, that doesn& #39;t stop people from believing falsehoods because it "was on Facebook". It& #39;s like when people would tell obvious tall tales & urban legends and say they "saw it on the news".

Well, the OP ain& #39;t taking it down, because shares get some people& #39;s rocks off. 270+ shares, man. Casually spreading misinformation and lies is cool as long as you have & #39;traffic& #39; to some folks.
