this forms a protective film and reduces the friction between your thighs!!
body glide cream/balm!!
this works similarly to deodorant and reduces friction!! its made specifically to prevent chafing
anti-chafing shorts!!
pretty self explanatory - asos sells some for £8 but bicycle shorts would probably work the same
avoid cotton pants (loose fitting) when you work out!! try nylon and polyester as they are moisture wicking
try putting baby powder or talcum powder between your thighs as it protects your skin from perspiration!!
if your thighs have already chafed make sure to moisturise!!! avoid creams with fragrance as they can irritate your skin - try using vaseline or any other petroleum jelly
if your chafing isnt getting better you might have an infection so contact your doctor as you may have to use a medicated cream
