5. Stereotypes of âhard working Asiansâ and âmodel minoritiesâ further entrench the binary between Black and Asian. These dehumanizing concepts are then internalized by Asians to justify their âearnedâ position in society.

10. Remember that our communities in the so called Americas have historically been side-by-side, pushed into impoverished racialized ghettos. There are Black-Asian friendships, partnerships. Foster these.
