Your opinion of the work does not matter, the work cannot feel.

If you don’t like the work, then find work that you enjoy.

If you don’t enjoy any work, then find someone that does and pay them to do all of It.

If you only enjoy having fun, then monetize your fun. Simple.
If you focus on your thoughts of It, then you won’t work on It. Your feelings don’t matter when It comes to work.
Rather or not you “like” your job or the people you work with is also irrelevant l, just do the work.
If your job doesn’t give you the ability to outsource menial tasks, then internal growth will be tough, you should do something else.
If you want to make money online, make an onlyfans account or find an hustle that pays you what takes a day to make in one hour or less.
