In the middle of the night, The Memphis police or the Feds put up this inconspicuous box outside local activist and lead organizer of Fight for $15, Antonio Blair, registered address. No markings outside of the box except "High Voltage". The camera is hidden behind black glass.
It is a pretty powerful 20x zoom camera directed at his house. He was also targeted on the first day of the ACLU trial against the City of Memphis about spying (found guilty). Antonio and the Fight for $15 had a lawsuit against the Memphis Police Department for intimidation.
Camera in relation to his home.
Worth noting that in the Federal trial about modifying our consent decree that prohibits political intelligence gathering/spying on activists by Memphis police, Director Rallings admitted that he spoke to William Barr and requested Feds because his hands were tied.
Not 2 weeks later, Operation Legend was announced and Memphis got 40 federal officers sent here. Keep in mind, the consent decree only prevents Memphis police from spying for non criminal political purposes. His request was for them to do just that.
Operation"Relentless pursuit" and "Operation Legend"are really just funneling money into these Multi-Agency task forces to quell dissent. They are not intended to track violent criminals. I have been the target of these task forces for years because I use my voice. I have reciepts
Reminding folks that in 2018, the Memphis Police Department was found guilty in Federal court for spying on Antonio, myself and every other outspoken activist in this city. Why? Memphis is dependent on low wage jobs and warehouse workers being the distribution hub of the world.
*Update* The organized Crime Unit came and removed the camera after this post started making rounds.
This is the OCU/MGU cherry picker they use. They just put a magnetic MLGW or AT&T or whatever magnetic logo on the side and it looks official. The person who saw the removal described this vehicle.

*Pick Taken at Organized Crime Unit Headquarters.
