Imagine buying a massive amount of land, getting a tent company to donate 1,000 tents and letting homeless people live there. And for rent, instead of making them pay money, you make them go through education that teaches them to get off of the streets.

If you act up, do drugs etc... you get kicked out and can no longer stay there. This solution would clean up cities, actually impact the homeless, and lower the amount of people on drugs... plus the top performers could do work for the city, so you‘d have more workers for cheap.
