FEBRUARY: @CindyHydeSmith minimizes the severity of the pandemic, calling it “Democrat scare tactics,” and telling Mississippians the pandemic would be under control “in a couple of weeks.”

MARCH: In the first COVID-19 relief package, @CindyHydeSmith voted to take money out of Mississippi’s unemployed workers and their families’ pockets.

APRIL: @CindyHydeSmith and the @GOP delay a relief package for weeks by supporting a bill that failed to include any funding for our hospitals, health care workers and testing initiatives.

MAY: @CindyHydeSmith said she wanted to “put the brakes on” additional relief.

JULY: In an attempt to justify ignoring her constituents, @CindyHydeSmith says, “My priority is trying to stabilize this economy....”
