Player Development -
Player attributes will grow/change based on the position they are playing & how they play it! For example, if you mark your striker as "mobile striker", their speed & finishing will increase.

Player Position Conversion -
You can CHANGE your PLAYER's POSITION! Select the position to which you want to adapt your player, and their attributes will grow towards abilities that cater to the new position.
If you want to change your RB to CB, their defensive stats grow!

Player Sharpness -
Sharpness is a new CRUCIAL attribute that can have up to a +/-5 individual attribute point effect on players.
Sharpness @
50 = no change
50-100 = attribute boost
0-50 = attribute reduction
Players coming back from injury will take time to grow sharp!

Player training now impacts SHARPNESS, not PERMANENT ATTRIBUTES!
With personalized player development handling attribute growth, training is centered around growing sharpness.
Train up to 15 players per day, and sessions focus on specific positions.

Team Schedule Planning -
You can set 3 types of daily activities for your players which will have a strong impact on current morale, fitness & sharpness statuses:
-Training Day
-Recovery Day
-Rest Day

Interactive Simulation: Jump In/Out
Not only can you change tactics & make subs during simulations, but you can jump into the game at ANY POINT- even when through on goal!
You can experience the match however you want while always being able to make all-important decisions.

While in the Interactive Match Sim, you can modify tactics, game plan, and monitor each individual's fitness, player rating, and match stats.
Watch each player move around the pitch in real-time while hearing commentary and stadium noise!

Transfer Improvements:

- The AI will offer PLAYER SWAPS
- AI-Controlled clubs will now RENEW CONTRACTS best on the players' rank in the club
*There will still be pre-contract agreement options! Clubs will not want to let their best players go.

Established Youth Academy:
Upon becoming the manager of a club, there will be a youth scout and academy full of players already at your disposal!
The level of talent in the academy will depend on the emphasis your club places on Youth Development.
