There was nothing on the piece you mailed in that identified who you are. That was all on the piece you did not mail in. Many of us didn’t notice that or assumed there was a code of something ID’ing the person who signed this form. There was not. 2/

So a) someone made a dumb mistake in designing the ballot and—this is almost as bad— b) there is zero communication to citizens now about what they can do if they still need a ballot sent to the right place. 3/
