Here's the real tea and I'm done for the day:

Black people built this fucking country through the blood, sweat and injustice of our ancestors. Hundreds of years later we're still being killed inhumanely, imprisoned en masse, financially preyed upon and subjugated.

Our schools are dilapidated. As our or neighborhoods. Educating yourself results in a debtor's prison and we don't even have healthcare. We are this country's most essential but least appreciated workers.

I seethe with rage at the injustice of it all every waking day of my life.

Black people have always been this country's conscience. It's mirror. I believe the struggle for equality for black ppl is INTRICATELY tied to the overthrow of oppression we all face in the US.

We can't demand what we are OWED if we continue to settle for less.

Giving Biden/ Harris our votes w/ no material demands is foolhardy! We can not continue to submit to white supremacy, which is ultimately a politics of unaccountability.

We have been told over and over and over to wait. But now in the wake of the #BLM protests as we FINALLY get

some popular purchase with the masses, we're being told to once again: sit-down, shut up, submit.

Our lives, our concerns, our material NEEDS matter and the #VBNMW or likewise demands that seek to deafen blacks articulating their needs continues the cycle of oppression.
