i know my fellow liberals are well-meaning on this but you're just not going to sway people by dropping fact piles on their desks. you have to pull at heartstrings.

its like people understand the key emotion, but then they make a message and suck all the emotion out of it, like theyre submitting a paper to a professor for grading or something.

maybe its cause a lot of that college stuff never stuck with me why i just don't see things that way

im not referring to convincing trumpers or republicans. stop obsessing over that. im talking about rallying progressives, liberals, democrats, people who lean even slightly left. it isn't about deprogramming cultists. thats a lost cause.
