have a person to witness their signature. They also claim they are too fearful to leave their homes to vote. They claim they’ve locked themselves inside, sometimes only leaving for food, and other times not at all- under a “strict self quarantine” for their safety.

The problem? The Plaintiffs social media shows them out and about doing all manner of things, from birdwatching, to watching the removal of and participating in tearing down statues, to protesting on street corners. All of this while maintaining in front of a court that
