I have been robbed by Bathu
I bought this sneaker on the 16th of July I did know what I was putting myself into

The sneaker arrived after a week the size was too small I immediately sent the sneaker back. A lady who works there called and confirmed that she received my parcel and she was going to help with the exchange

I& #39;ve never heard from them until I decided to call it took me 3 days for my phone call to go through as their line is always busy, well a lady denied to have received my parcel well its understandable mybe they receive many parcel

She then transferred my case to a guy who was going to help with the exchange the guy gave me his email so that I can email him a tracking number which I did. Not to mention how rude the guy was on the phone telling I should listen his instructions and not ask anything

He never respond to my emails, I emailed what I think could be reception but nothing. Everyday I try to call may be 20 times a day but it& #39;s always number busy or no response

This is now having an impact on my daily life @bathu_sa @theo_baloyi01 @MbauReloaded @somizi.
