Sadly, @jennycohn1, Cobb County GA is very hostile to the public's right of oversight. Jorge had every right to be there watching the poll closing ---whether or not he wanted to see the poll tape. He did not need any excuse.

2/ Jenny, Ask your followers to take action to demand that the Cobb County Elections Board apologize to Balbona.
(see thread below)

Our @CoalitionGoodGv interns were told in June that they could not come inside the county building to observe the polling place, and ...
3/ They were then told by Cobb poll officials that they could not take pictures from the sidewalk outside the building! Nor could they use their phones. (Totally made up rules).

When they entered the public rec center Cobb officials had security force them to leave.
4/ The security officer threatened to call sheriff and told them that they could not even sit in their car in the parking lot.
Janine Eveler and the Cobb Bd of Elections are always willing to toss the law aside to avoid election transparency.
5/ This would be a great time for the public to take action to force officials to remember that they work for the voters--not the other way around.
