1/ If $AAPL really wants to make a splash in fitness they should roll up $NLS,  @Hydrow_by_CREW, &  @tonal & have a complete end-to-end product offering integrated with the AAPL Watch + TV+. Combined this would cost them <$1.5bn or <2 weeks of operating cash flow.

2/ When we get to this point in the market cycle it's when bankers are most creative as they try to think of ways to unlock value. We saw the beginning of the stock splits from Big Tech, we'll likely see a wave of M&A, and spins / split offs, in the absence of more buybacks.

3/ We'd like to see $PENN create a  @barstoolsports tracking stock. They own 36% today w/ an option to buy 50%. Pull a card out of the John Malone playbook create a tracking stock which would probably trade > PENN EV in the @stoolpresidente & @RobinhoodApp trading era

4/ Now that $MSTR owns $250mn of $BTC spin-off the legacy business with the requisite cash need ($25-$50mn) and leave a pure play HoldCo that owns $BTC as its sole asset listed on NASDAQ....becomes a backdoor ETF.

5/ As $SHOP looks to compete more directly with $AMZN; with it trading ~43.0x run-rate revenue ($2.9B) make a bid for $XPO which trades at <1.0x revenue with $16.6B in revenue / $1.6bn in EBITDA for a top 10 global logistics co for <10% of mkt cap would be massively accretive.

6/ $SQ uses the strength in its currency (+122% YTD) to buy $TWTR to create the @WeChatApp / @Alipay of the West. This comes as $FB is ramping up its financial service functionality appointing @davidmarcus to lead it all. $TWTR could be fully integrated w.o the regulatory issues

7/ Watch $MSFT acquire Tik Tok for Trump & then spin it out into a standalone entity in 6 months and watch the stock double or triple dip on value creation from the asset.

8/ See a SPAC conduct a two part merger buying a private "unicorn" and merging with a legacy public company...or SPAC on SPAC crime with the merger of two SPAC's to go after an even bigger target
