Last night our flight from Jamaica was diverted because of a storm. Many of the passengers on our plane missed connecting flights. There was a 90+ y o woman who was wheeled to the lobby and told to just wait there until the morning. No elderly person should have to wait alone

for 10 hours overnight at an airport. I informed several @SouthwestAir Customer Reps. I didn’t take a picture of her. Airports should have rooms for disabled and senior travelers to stay in on such circumstances. What I saw last night was inhumane.

She was not able to walk to the bathroom let alone get herself to a hotel and up and back by morning. This woman was alone last night. No traveler should have to go through this. @BWI_Airport you should build rooms for inconvenienced travelers who should not be waiting alone.

There should be a law that supports the elderly in these situations. This woman was traveling alone. She must’ve waited 10 hours at BWI in the corner with her bag of crackers. Airports and airlines can do better. @JFKairport @realDonaldTrump @JoeBiden @KamalaHarris
