The idea that you could write a book claiming that Christian architecture is derivative from Islamic architecture without knowing that it is, in turn, derivative from Eastern Christian architecture is exposing a pretty big hole in your understanding.

That that Eastern Christian architecture stands on the shoulders of Roman Pagan architecture, which was lifted and improved from the Ancient Greeks merely completes a picture that seems alien and incomprehensible to the modern woke left: that ‘cultural appropriation’ is beautiful
