Channel Rescue are asking for financial contributions to help us purchase a boat and humanitarian supplies, so we can aid migrants in distress who have undertaken to cross the English Channel.

We aim to provide migrants with water, food and other supplies (such as life jackets) as and when they need them. None of this comes cheap.

We also aim to monitor human rights violations, carried out by either the British or French governments (or any other party). As we write, far right nationalist organisations, including Britain First, are organising their own armada to intercept and attack migrant boats.

We must not allow facists to attack migrant boat.

We have launched a crowd fund and would appreciate it, if you can make a contribution (however great or small) and then re-share the link with others in your contacts. We are also asking you to share our tweets.

Who we are: we are a group of freinds with 20+ yrs expereice within anti-fascist, community and migrant solidarity work. We have history in the direct action movement.

We are looking for volunteers to staff our patrols and particularly welcome help from those with seafaring, medical, linguistic, or legal expertise. You can express your interest in joining a patrol by emailing us at [email protected], use the subject line helping out
