NEVER DO THESE THINGS {thread}
Disclaimer: I should probably put a tw because I've done some things that can lead to serious health problems. This thread is primarily for me.
1. LAXATIVES AFTER RESTRICTING/FASTING; taking laxatives on an almost empty stomach is dangerous and in my case all it does is make me gain 1-2kg of water weight the next morning & the laxatives don't work! One of my biggest mistakes.
2. DRY FASTING DURING THE DAY AND REHYDRATING BEFORE BED; it makes my body hold onto the water & as a result I gain water weight instead of losing.
3. BINGING AFTER A FAST; do it if you want to weigh even more than you did before the fast.
4. BINGING FOR A FEW DAYS IN A ROW; Duh
5. EGG DIETS & NEGLECTING FIBER INTAKE; always made me constipated af
6. CAFFEINE OVERDOSE & NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP; you will lose way more if you sleep for 8h. Not getting enough sleep really slows down weightloss.
7. EATING A LOT WHILE DRINKING ALCOHOL; this is like the easiest way to gain weight istg
8. GOING TO SLEEP AFTER EATING; will make you gain a shit ton of weight & you will have digestive problems & wake up bloated af
