@Dell Ordered Mouse on 9 August and till now my order is not confirmed. They just pass on my number and I keep on waiting on call or they say our team will contact to withing 24hr and I think the time zone of DELL is different, as there 24 hr till now haven't completed.
Worst service I have ever seen in my life of any company. I needed my product for my exam purpose and they give you zero customer service.
One contact number of @Dell never dial, says wrong no, other number says network is contested, other number always remains busy for 1+ hr and online chat service shows unavailable all the time idk why. Why their is option for chat?
And one day when I was talking to an executive name SAURABH MALIK on chat on any worst @Dell then he left in between. Wow. they are just time passing. 0 Customer satisfaction.
