X1 Unit =/= Selfish Agenda

*Upon reading this, kindly take note that it can’t be avoided that some toxic One Its have used this reason for members to stay solo, please keep an open mind before proceeding.
I have made a thread like this before, but I think it has to be reiterated once again. Let’s start from why PDX is important.

Pretty sure everyone knows that PDX is a stepping stone for trainees & idols who want to be (re)-recognized in the entertainment industry.
Therefore, you will, of course, not see popular groups joining PDX (e.g. BTS, EXO, Seventeen, NCT, etc).

In short, people who join PDX have some sort of desperation to start (or continue) their career. They won’t join if they are doing well.
As we have all seen, the result of PDX paved way even to those who were not in the final line up (e.g. BOY, BDC, Jinhyuk (solo), acting gigs of Minkyu & Midam, etc).

In short, we cannot deny how useful PDX was to the careers of these trainees.
X1 supposedly had the most advantage of them all, but due to d!sbandment, it’s actually as if the members did not win (after all their hardwork).

- did not attend awards
- cancelled cfs
- stayed at home, no promotions
- demeanored by a politician
- thought of doing s*xual favors
The time they are in X1 was a time they are suppose to gather fans for 5 years, and then bring home to their respective companies’ groups (e.g. AB6IX, CIX, Nu’est, etc.).

With their supposedly success after 5 years, their own groups would have been stable & not chasing charts.
Now that that has been settled, One Its were suppose to be there for 5 years. Besides the fact that that was the promise, the said reward in the show, One Its fought because they’re not short-sighted.

They knew the advantage of having the unit. It’s not for their personal gain.
If we could have gotten the unit, the promotions, the stable career that ALL OF US wanted for them, along with their respective groups, would have come true.

If we did, there would have been no need to harass each other in reminding to support this & that member.
The truth is, it baffles me why different fandoms do not consider this, or supported this. If we are honestly thinking about their career, I would opt for this.

But as the unit hasn’t been possible at the moment, it is not also as if One Its have stopped supporting.
Now in supporting, you can go in different ways about this. Not one way is bad, honestly.

1. Support your bias
2. Support those who have not yet debuted
3. Support all of them

I believe each One It has their own way of supporting X1.
1st Option: Support your bias.

This is the most common path. After all, not everyone can handle all 11 different individuals in different places and/or schedules.

So long as there is respect between their respective group & others, shouldn’t be any problem with that.
2nd Option: Support those who have not yet debuted.

Some One Its would want to see everyone debut. That was the members’ goal in the first place.

These One Its are very generous too, as they would like to shelter members who don’t have a home yet.
So take note that some One Its have to prioritize their money to these members because their career is not yet stable.

They are not anti-other members, they just know what to prioritize.
3rd Option: Support all of them.

Buying all their albums & merch, alloting the same amount of votes per member, putting in a calendar the schedule of each member in their respective groups.

We should salute these One Its for multi-tasking.
So with this long thread, I hope everyone gains knowledge on how One Its are doing and what was in their mind when they are fighting for reboot.

I can’t speak for all, but hopefully this is for most of us who are still here.
Tldr; there is nothing more rewarding than to see the members “fly high”. Therefore, if we can, we want that (the unit). If not, we will still be their “wings”, we will still be here.
