2. Right now, Tax is disbursed based on certain formula which is agreed by all parties.
If we have to change the formula, we have to initiate the discussions to change the formula with the other states.

If KCR feels that current formula of tax disbursements has to be changed, let him take the lead and reach out to Non BJP parties and make them accept the new formula..
