Chicana/Chicano means a female or male who is a Mexican-American. A Chicana/Chicano is someone who was raised in the United States but also has Mexican origin or a person who was born in Mexico but has a US citizenship.

chicanos have always been judged for their clothes and have been called criminals/dirty and have recieved an insane amount of disrespect for it

its now become a trend to wear “napkins” and its being called basic and trendy even though they judged people for it

celebrities and kpop stars have also hopped on the trend an have recieved good feedback like being called ‘queen’ even though a whole minority group has been hated on for decades

please try to educate yourself about chicana culture and stop saying “its just a shirt” or “its just a trend” when it has history behind it
