So yesterday i was with my guy and i bought fearless Redberry cause i was tired. As we left the shop, i heard him say “that drink na local drink na, na only thugs dey drink am”

I don’t understand, don’t we see thugs drink Pepsi too? Don’t they drink coca cola too? Like why this?

Have we ever talked ill of any of those products? Or called it “for the local” because we see thugs with them? Someone should please clear me out!
