hello hello!

i had a pretty hard time thinking of a username that i wanted to go by for my personal art stuff and this was the best i could come up with at the time! basically the emotion i felt + the variety of fruit i was eating at the time (soooo creative right lol)

my plan for this account is just to use it as a platform for me to share my digital art creations? i've been eyeing the ipad pro and procreate app for the longest time and after months and months of saving up + dipping into some past reserves i finally took the plunge in july!

it's been about 5 weeks since then and i finally received an email saying that it's been shipped out!! expecting it to arrive this weekend~

the primary use of my ipad will be for note taking since i am still a student but i definitely want to get into digital art!

i know that procreate is one of the most popular drawing apps on the apple store but i will probably look into the free apps available before commiting to it!

the one time fee seems very reasonably priced and i really liked the interface when i tried it out on my friend's ipad but i guess i want to be assured that i won't give up on digital art LOL

it's also why i'm planning to post on social media! participating in and adding to the fan art from the communities of artists who i've been admiring from afar for so long has been something i've wanted to do for so long but it's so incredibly daunting when you have no experience

i'm not entirely sure what the purpose of this thread is. i guess it'll serve as a neat reminder of the mindset i had going into this endeavour!
