I'm excited to join the next @beondeck cohort

For the past few months I've been reflecting on what to do for the next decades.

There's a lot on my mind but I keep coming back to one question – how can we help more people start more companies? https://www.beondeck.com/post/od5-6 

Simple question, EXTREMELY complex answer.

There are a bunch of ways to think about this. Do I go full-time on Seedtable? Join a fund? Join a company? Start a company?

And where in the entire "starting a company" journey can I have the most impact? I honestly don't know.

But I plan on finding out.

After a decade of sprinting I need a break and headspace + time to explore. The @beondeck Fellowship provides the perfect structure for that.

This also means I'm stepping down as Head of Growth of Jobbatical. I love the mission to death but it's time for me to explore what's next.

Until mid-Sept my focus is transitioning off my role and making sure Jobbatical finds an even better Head of Growth than me.

After that I plan to spend the next few months reading, thinking, building and helping as many founders as possible. And writing. Long Seedtable.
