I was told this is modified red phosphorous, and the source of the first loud sound of the night, set off a few blocks from Lownsdale.

Megaphone at the JC has left, and the crowd moved to the fence around the federal courthouse.

Havent seen any police/fed presence beyond an open muderhole.

So far not much to show save for a few fireworks and small cardboard fires, but I& #39;m ready to go live if anything changes.
