I never knew how to explain what I have. This is it. This dysfunction is hell because to treat it for good, u need to treat anxiety (I try).
I had surgery on both sides 5 years ago and still suffer with it.
I'm on eternal treatment, thanks to anxiety.

I've always clenched my jaw and had no idea, this made my disc out of place (that's why the surgery), and my face muscles feels like pieces of rocks. My treatment includes: botox once a year to soften the muscles near my ear, medication for anxiety, to sleep,
When it hurts I need to take another medication and I sleep with a bruxism plate and also wear it 24/7 because that's my level of anxiety.

Maybe u know someone in this situation, or u are... So there is it
