3 years ago I went on my first solo trip to Sri Lanka, I've travelled 8 countries across 3 continents alone.

Solo travel is empowering since you have no one but yourself to trust, and on most occasions, you do a bloody good job. This is something I will never stop doing.

I got robbed in Chicago, got onto a running train in Colombo, farmed with the locals in Chiang Mai, went way over budget in Doha, got wasted in Budapest, went skiing in Denver and many more. It just, amazes me how I managed all of this alone.

I'm not really missing travelling.
I'm just amazed how much we are capable of on our own.
