to those struggling during quarantine,

it is okay to not be okay. the world has changed overnight. don't be too hard on yourself if things are difficult. whether you have been down for months, weeks, days, or especially today. it will be okay and remember you are loved by many.
reach out to that friend or family member you haven't talked to in a while, make some new friends online with various similar interests, start a new hobby, etc.

my recommendation is the app 'HelloTalk' making language learning partners and possible friends. 😉
especially during this world pandemic, we do not know our time on earth. be thankful for the friends and family you have, meals provided, housing, social media, entertainment, etc. someone may be struggling and would dream of the luxuries you possess. be humble, kind, thankful.
if you know or see anyone struggling, reach out to them in a positive way such as compliments, listening to their stories, talking common interests, potentially making a new friend, providing assistance, and so much more.

the love of unity is truly an amazing power
it's never too late to start a new chapter in life. as many have felt down in light of the pandemic with plans cancelled or put on hold. it's not too late to start something new. each morning we wake up is another opportunity granted to us.
i know at times twitter can be a toxic place with disagreements and arguments. i want to place this reminder that on the other side of each screen there is a person with their own internal struggles.
to bring some positivity into an already hard time through the pandemic. i want to place this reminder that no matter who you are as you identity, social economic status, education, religion, region, language, etc. YOU ARE LOVED AND BEAUTIFUL. KEEP FIGHTING!
we never know what the universe throws, one bad day today could bring better opportunities tomorrow. in order to have a rainbow (happy times) there needs to be a storm (struggling times).
if you are reading this thread, share some goals you wish to start tomorrow in you next positive chapter and some things you are thankful for (optional).

let's bring some positivity onto twitter timelines! 💕
