something problematic, i call it out. the particular individual who sent me these receipts told me that she experiences this type of harassment in her own workplace and it’s extremely uncomfortable and unsettling for her, and she doesn’t want people to think it’s okay just-
because shemar is a celebrity. so with that, i will be providing some evidence of shemar being extremely gross.
in this cast interview, shemar starts talking about aj’s butt and then apologizes to her husband. and it’s very clear from her body language that she is uncomfortable.
now in this cast interview, they talk about AJ wearing short shorts and then paget goes on to say how shemar reacted to AJ wearing them. once again, he mentions AJ’s husband in the audience, and once again you can see that she is humiliated.
in this interview about his other TV show S.W.A.T, the he talks about one of his woman co-stars in a very demeaning manner, saying she’s “easy to look at.” never does he mention her talent as an actress
for comparison purpose, here is an example from the SAME interview of him talking about one of his male co-stars.... see the difference?
this was an interview where fans could ask questions... just read the second bullet, particularly the part about AJ. i can’t. this is gross. objectifying. she’s doesn’t deserve that. why can’t he ever say something about her that doesn’t involve how she looks?
wasn’t sure whether to include this one because i guess we don’t know if this was planned or not. obviously ellen is a shitty person, but in this episode of ellen, when shemar walks in, he kisses her on the lips. WHY WOULD HE INITIATE A KISS WITH A LESBIAN???
this example could also be viewed as “reaching,” but it genuinely makes me uncomfortable how he kisses so many women on the lips. it’s like he feels women exist for him?? idk maybe it’s just me being uncomfy as a lesbian, but it rubs and others the wrong way.
do what you will with this information. i’m disgusted and astounded. shemar should be held accountable for this. he objectifies women and nobody can tell me otherwise.
