I initiated refund from make my trip, same day reason flight non operational. They raised the concern and that refund will be processed if approved by airline and is cancelled by airlines. @makemytripcare @makemytrip @MakeMyTripTech

Then i got a message from MakeMyTrip that airlines declined your refund process. I spent almost 16k in the flight tickets. I raised concern on so many platform but no help from you. @makemytrip @MakeMyTripTech @makemytripcare

I complaint in AirAsia and their nodal officer already says they hv initiated refund from their end. And you people saying AirAsia denying. Can you stop cheating and looting consumers and harrasing them. I request to refund my money when no fault from my end. @makemytrip
