. @GovParsonMO IS TRYING TO CHARGE 14 YEAR OLDS AS ADULTS. And it initially was 12 year olds. This is the compromise.

The Missouri State House is voting on a “crime” bill that is targeting CHILDREN. And that's just the start of it.

The bill also robs Kim Gardner ( @stlcao) of her jurisdiction. It allows the Missouri AG to take on any case that hasn’t been prosecuted by her office after 90 days. This is a targeted attack to stop her from fighting corruption within St. Louis' police force.

. @stlcao protects St. Louisans by refusing to take cases from a list of corrupt officers. This keeps officers with accusations of racism and abuse from having their cases heard. @GovParsonMO's bill lets corrupt officers take cases straight to the AG office.

. @stlcao said it best when she called this bill a mockery of our justice system. And it gets worse. There’s an amendment that would let the Governor directly remove @stlcao at his discretion. This is an attack on our democracy.

Let me just add. The people did not vote Governor Parson into that office. He took over that seat.

We didn’t vote you in, Governor Parson, but we’re working to vote you out.
