I remember working at @Forever21 while doing ministry work in North Carolina for 1 year. The workers were Non-believers and had many different ideas on how they should live their lives. One day, I remember a young lady got hired on. She was rude to customers and employees alike.
This new co-worker I had was tough and stubborn. Unmovable. I would try and talk to her. I would hear her gossip, constantly insult others, and even curse out the Managers. Many people wondered how she was still employed. However, I feel there was a reason she still had a job.
This new co-worker would bully me and even talk behind my back about how I was always "preaching" to them about Jesus. There was one day, she was finally ok the verge of getting fired. Everyone had enough. No one wanted to work with her because of her flippant disposition.
I remember feeling led to head to @BNBuzz bookstore. I walked around the store until God showed me the reason that He had me there. With this disrespectful co-worker in my mind, I remember coming across a particular book by @PriscillaShirer
called Fervent. I got her the book.
When I got this co-worker the book, I felt a Mercy for her. I felt she was only rude, flippant, and a bully because she had no outlet and no one to talk to. She was even misunderstood. When I got back to the @Forever21, I gave her a copy of the book I got her.

She cried.
Sometimes, a small act of love can alter an angry, flippant, misunderstood person's heart.
People will open up to you when they feel loved.
