BC6 says the fire has already ice-capped and FD will likely be going extended attack. Requesting CHP to shut down Lake Hughes Road. Working with E130 to form structure defense group.

Sending one unit to recon San Francisquito Canyon Road to estimate the fire's timing and path. Also adding five strike teams.

The #LakeFire has ballooned now to 6,000 acres, still moving to the northeast.
The #LakeFire is now 6,500 acres and growing. Immediate need for strike teams on structure defense. Have heard it may have changed direction but I'm not posting it until I'm sure.
