I really hate rejection. I mean everyone does. But me. I can’t stand it. So here is how I deal with it when it happens.
1) I tell myself I have been rejected .
2) I allow accept the emotions I am feeling as a result of the rejection. And I say okay this is how I feel.. sad, I feel angry, I feel( fill in the blank)
3) I get angry at the person
4) I take the blame off myself & realize it’s life
5) I forgive the person.
Why ?
- because rejection is part of life . I reject people all the time, so in the same vain people will reject me as well. So I cannot not forgive what I do.
This applies to all types of relationships ( Romantic, business, friendship)
