Trigger warning food can seem like a good idea at first and it may cause you to think it's a great way to help people who suffer and have recovered from ED. However in reality it enforces a negative stigma around it even IF it isn't your intention (1/5)
Everyone has the right to do as they wish and this is only my take on it as someone who suffered from anorexia, normalizing food and building a healthy relationship with it, is more important than avoiding it since food is EVERYWHERE, you simply cannot escape it (2/5)

It may help your friend but we are talking about a bigger issue involving countless of adults and teens who struggle with having a healthy relationship towards food. It can cause a person without an ED to overthink their eating habits and their own relationship with it. (4/5)
In conclusion food is something we need, not something to be scared of (5/5)
