4/ #EE, whom I have never been a customer with, said that I have ordered sim cards & mobiles phones & #UKMail, another company whom I have also had no dealings with said that I had received them. When in fact, I had not ordered or received anything.

5/ I explained to #EE that I have not ordered nor received any mobile phones or sim cards & I requested for the sim cards to be blocked. EE inexplicably refused to do so. EE refused to block the sim cards & refused to investigate this.

Because they said no fraud has taken place. They said it was definitely me who telephoned to order the goods & they said it was definitely me who has received the goods.

So I telephoned again expecting to receive a different outcome.

12/ Anything I said was not addressed by #EE, they just stuck with their narrative. I was condemned without an investigation to pay for goods & services I had not received & to continue to pay for services due to their refusal to block the sim cards.

It gave the game away - unlimited credit, unlimited data & mobiles phones dispatched & they don't even bank details on record. Hmmm...
