2/ Black ppl in CHI take note: We need elected reps that will put our needs 1st. For generations, Black Chicagoans hv been expected to suffer & adjust to it quietly. 50 closed schools. Destruction of affordable housing. Hyper surveillance. Police torture. But, go awf abt Gucci.

3/ These 2 “longtime” Dems are clear that their Dem SA is campaigning for re-election & they could care less bc their wards are suffering. Whew. Chile. Suffering? Like the ones on the S&W sides?

6/ Finally, these 2 aldermen, along w/ over 30+ of their colleagues, are culpable for the mess we are in. How many downtown TIF projects did they approve/accept from funds meant for blighted n’hoods? How much $$$ hv their wards rcvd that should hv gone to south/west side wards?

7/ To see reasonably intelligent ppl act like they don’t knw that they took *votes* that contributed to the trauma they’re experiencing right now is laughable—laughing bc I’m fresh outta tears. Sirs, your privilege and patriarchy shows.

8/ These 2 took votes (lots) that enriched their wards at the expense of others. They turned a blind eye to the suffering of Chicagoans outside their wards. Crazy, bc they legislate for an entire city but only their wards hv reaped consistent benefits. But, go awf abt Dior.

9/ #KimFoxx has literally freed Black men imprisoned (almost 100) bc of false confessions obtained thru police torture. And, there are Black men STILL imprisoned bc an entire justice system turned a blind eye to the police torture Black ppl. But, Rolex?

I’m voting for #KimFoxx, period. And, if you are about justice and equity, you will, too. If folx ain’t angry over the looting of TIF miss me with being angry over the looting of stores the majority of us can’t even afford.
