Plus, to the man on RNZ rural report who said if they use local people they& #39;ll crash into things - well they will IF YOU DON& #39;T TRAIN THEM - those people you& #39;re bringing in from the UK and Ireland - they would& #39;ve crashed into things too before they were trained
It would be much better investment to bring someone in from the UK/Ireland specifically to train NZers - and honestly, I& #39;m kind of outraged that farmers get away with NOT TRAINING ANYONE for a skill that& #39;s essential to our food production
