Don't let you teen daughters wear tight booty shorts, esp if its to a workout or practice

Mostly, they get so self-conscious they often start to move differently - read: un-athletically: ...
hunched over, legs always slightly crossed, stick butt out or in

Worse, bc their rear is so exposed, they often alter their movement to prevent from hip hinging correctly

Think deadlift..
In a public space or arnd male team members, I have to move them all the way over to the wall before they execute it properly

Until a wall or person is covering their backside, they will try to DL w hips tucked under & bending the back
Same w squats. They try to keep their legs closed or avoid going all the way down - even if they have done this correctly many times

These girl are HIGHLY aware of how exposed they are but they don't know what it means - its just a trend
