/no photos, im sorry https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😿" title="Weinendes Katzengesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Weinendes Katzengesicht">/

» 38,7cals per one
» measurements included
» this makes 11pcs
1. Ingredients
» potatoes
» breadcrumbs / dry bread
» seasonings
» oil
2. Recipe
2.1 Peel the potatoes (mine were small, i used 8pcs / 220g)
2.2 Rinse them under water and boil them until very soft (test them by poking them with a fork while they& #39;re still in the pot, there should be no resistance and and they should be like butter)
2.3 While they& #39;re boiling, take or prepare your bread crumbs. i made mine from dry bread (30cals per piece / 10g) by crushing it with a spoon. i ended up using around 30grams, but i recommend making more.
2.4 After they& #39;re boiled, put the potatoes in a bowl, mash them into >
a paste and season them. i used only salt.
2.5 Make small balls / squished balls from the paste. all of mine ended up weighing 20g ( if you dont have a food scale, their circumference was 3.5-4cm and their height was around 2cm ).
2.6 Roll the balls in the bread crumbs until>
they& #39;re covered.
2.7 Put a pan on the stove and turn it on ( my stove has settings 1-3 instead of degrees, i turned it to the highest setting ). put 2tsp oil into the pan (if you know or have a lower cal replacement for oil please let me know, 2tsp of sunflower oil is 80cals).
2.8 Cook the balls until golden / visible darkening. mine cooked pretty fast so don& #39;t leave the stove once you& #39;ve put them.
3. Calories
3.1 Calories for the whole recipe - 425.7 for all 11 pieces
3.2 Calories for the potatoes - 168 for 220grams / 8 small potatoes
3.3 Calories for the breadcrumbs - 78 for 26grams ( yours could be different, make sure to check )
3.4 Calories for sunflower oil >
- 80cals per 2tsp, the balls started burning a bit so i guess more is recommended.
