aziraphale - rasmalai

my absolute all-time favorite :"))) my mom made it all the time when i was a little kid- it& #39;s very sweet, creamy, sometimes there& #39;s sliced almonds or pistachios and saffron on top.... so good. i think azi would enjoy it too :))
crowley - gulab jamun

a classic! sometimes people have warm gulab jamun with ice cream which is actually really underrated? its so good- this was my favorite when i was a kid- and it& #39;s present at every brown party in existence :)
anathema - rose milk

rose milk isn& #39;t really a dessert, but it& #39;s still hella good?? its always so nice to drink after a meal... sometimes they& #39;ll whip it up so it& #39;s all foamy and nice and it just kinda melts away in your mouth, literally just *chef& #39;s kiss* fucking perfection
newt - kaju katli

i used to call this diamond sweet when i was younger lmao. also such a classic??? i think it& #39;s made from cashews... very very good, i always finish the whole box at a time lmao
madame tracy - jalebi

tbh jalebi isn& #39;t my absolute favorite but everyone seems to love it so it& #39;s all good. it& #39;s fun! it& #39;s whimsical! fun shapes :)) swirlies :))) very very VERY sweet. crumchy u kno?
sgt. shadwell - peanut chikki

chikki& #39;s not really a dessert, it& #39;s more of a snack- and there& #39;s all sorts of chikki (my favorite is black sesame hehe). it& #39;s kinda like a peanut brittle!! tastes good with chai :))
gabriel - mysore pak

my parents really like mysore pak... i used to hate it and recently i tried it again and now i love it.... when it melts in your mouth??? literal heaven. sometimes there are crushed pistachios on top!!
beelzebub - payasam

i think payasam is also called kheer in other parts of india... it& #39;s a classic desert!! i usually have it with vermicelli and golden raisins, but i know sometimes people also make it with sabudana (tapioca pearls) and also cashews!!
