RISHI: I agree with him mostly.
But When he asked if Niya wants to be 'Mahaan' it shud have been more offending, it sounded like a compliment. He rightly called her stupid & darpok though. Niya main Himmat ki kami hai, for whatever reason.
So RB chose Niya coz she's the most malleable out of all. Rightfully so. When he tried to talk Swara out of love & to be more competitive for work, she still chose Kabir. But when RB asked to go against principles, Niya listened to him, albeit for personal not professional reason
During the workshop RB gets close to Kajal, Swara & Shree too, which could be his strategy to throw them off guard. That way, they can't hide their feelings & he can read them better. Only Kabir wasn't startled or affected by his presence, nor was he star struck. #MereDadKiDulhan
So clearly, Kabir was never a contender for the mentorship. It was always between Swara & Nia as they are more accomplished than Shree or Kajal. And we know how Swara lost, she chose Kabir over the presentation. #MereDadKiDulhan
Now 2 things RB said don't make sense:
1. "Kaisa pyar bhae Jo thora sa intezaar nahi kar saka" I can forgive this considering he is not aware of the history between Niya/Kabir. BUT
2. "Jo khoya hai usse bhi smjh a jayega usne kya khoya hai" umm... Bad writing?!
#MereDadKiDulhan
Or it's a subtle hint that RB's developed a soft spot for Niya given that she's the one he met first, she idolises him, he lives with her & may have unintentionally gotten emotionally attached to the family of 2. Is that why Pammy couldn't convince him to leave?

#MereDadKiDulhan Coming to my favourite scenes of the episode. It was so refreshing to see #Amneet begin a new chapter in their lives. I realised that Guneet wasn't able to forgive & forget because Amber was apologetic to her. Sometimes it's better to talk it out & give space.
That's probably why with siblings & family it's easiest to patch up. There's no room for formalities like apologies or silence out of guilt. Forgiveness comes 2nd nature & we tend to talk normally right after a fight. The subtle romance with fitting bg đŸŽŒ was ♄

It was a treat to watch a confident, sober AS & a nervous, grateful G. It was like they had met for the very first time. But it was much more fun to see AS being all childish as soon as he reaches Hakim's House.đŸ€Ł Their conversation as usual was hilarious. #MereDadKiDulhan
However, I agree with Amber that Hakim should be the one who can make Niya understand that she should let them be, that it's what's best for Amber. Because Hakim is unbiased & can assess the situation better. Niya's interference has only made things worse. #MereDadKiDulhan
#MereDadKiDulhan The irony is that Niya understands her dad would always disapprove any guy she likes, out of concern & possessiveness. But she's doing excatly the same. And only a third person can help her understand that.
#MereDadKiDulhan IMPORTANT MENTION:
I was thinking how Amber let his daughter stay alone with a stranger, when suddenly we see a hand. It was kinda creepy, and upon seeing Masi I literally thought the same thing, "Main to bhool hi gayi thi ke aap bhi ghar main hain" đŸ˜‚đŸ€Ł
#MereDadKiDulhan The episode ends at a very intense scene. Kabir says some very heartfelt words to Niya that she clearly deserves to hear. Kabir, I'm with you đŸ„ș
And that's why I think RB should've said "Jo Khoya hai, ho sakta phir kabhi mil jaye. For now, focus on your career."
#MereDadKiDulhan One last thing. Didn't Niya quote RB speaking about emotion being very important in work. I think having manipulated Niya (also Swara) throughout the workshop, he now has a heart-broken mentee whom he can sculpture by channeling her inner emotion, rage, loss, etc
