...why he gave me the finger after doing a perfect overtake. His mum was in the passenger seat and said “he did what??!? You did what??” Then she whacked him in the guts with the back of her hand and demanded he got out so she could drive...
...and said to me “I’m not driving with him again. This is the third time he’s done this to a cyclist” and apologised. I said she didn’t need to apologise, then said to her son that if he has this ridiculous attitude he’s going to turn out to be a shit driver and a shit person.
It’s so weird. He was, presumably, barely 17 and already has this idiotic opinion, despite having no driving experience where this opinion has formed
